RECOGNITION

Recently the United States of America Embassy in Nigeria, nominated the coordinator for the International Visitors Leadership Program in Washington DC. This is in recognition of the center’s contribution to transformation of the lives of its trainees.

EVALUATION

We are committed to proving that there remain some Nigerians that are credible, who work and live with integrity and honor as their watchword.
The trainees of our center acquire skills that encourage self-employment, make them less dependent on government and reduce poverty trends in general.
Seminars on business management skills are given to all trainees, to help them have an orientation to manage their own businesses.
Trainees are taught the skills required to grow a business empire, from the scratch.
They are made to understand the benefits of starting on a small scale. They are also taught corporate responsibility and the virtue of being less dependent on government funds. They learn to start on a foundation of excellence and thereby acquire the requisite skills to manage their businesses.
The common belief that you require large capital to start a business is erased, with a demonstration of practical ways and examples, on how to grow your business from a small scale.
By the completion of the training, all trainees are ready to to start their own businesses.

Many trainees come on return visits to say thank you, with letters, testimonies and stories of good sales and profits. It gladdens our hearts and brings us near tears when we read these mails and see the work of our former trainees.
We have since seen that with skill acquisition, we can improve the quality of life of Nigerians by teaching people to create wealth for personal use as they utilize the skills acquired.
